Terms & Conditions

  1. Any delays in making subsequent payments (as per the payment policy enclosed in the attachment) may result in autocancellationof the entire booking. Any additional charges/penalties, subject to T&C of the booking will be paid directly by thecustomer.
  2. Payments made using any electronic medium (NEFT/RTGS/Cheque etc.) are solely to be made in the favor of My Asia DMC Pvt. Ltd., My Asia DMC will not be held responsible for payments made to any other account other than My Asia DMC. If you come across anyone soliciting payments on behalf of My Asia DMC , to any other account, please informus on our number 9200595984 or write to us at contact@myasiadmc.com.
  3. Your vouchers will be sent to you 2-3 days prior to scheduled departure date subject to the receipt of full payment.
  4. PAN card copy of the traveler will be required, if payment is made via NEFT/NET Banking/RTGS/Cheque/. Incase payment made by multiple travelers; PAN card copy of all the members will be required.
  5. Third Party & CASH Payments are NOT accepted. Any direct CASH deposits in “My Asia DMC” Bank account is notpermitted & shall be forfeited.
  6. All travelers should have Indian nationality passport with the validity of 6-9 months from the date of return.
  7. Depending upon the tour you have booked, you would be getting a Seat in coach or a private transfer. You are requested toclarify all your queries pertaining to transfer with your travel advisor well in advance before the tour. Seat in coach transfers areon fixed timings only and may differ from country to country. Please check with your travel advisor for further details in thisregard. In case you have not booked any transfers with My Asia DMC, we recommend that you kindly make appropriatearrangements personally to have a comfortable journey.
  8. While our travel advisors will advise you of all possible information including travel tips about your destination, please dorequest for any additional information that you need on issues like currency, weather, sightseeing etc. and we would be glad tohelp you with more details.
  9. All hotels offered are subject to current availability. Should the same not be available at the time of your final booking, My Asia DMC India will arrange to provide a similar category hotel.
  10. While My Asia DMC India takes extreme care to ensure all your sightseeing and excursions are not on holidays / closed datesbut due to the itinerary / sudden changes it sometimes becomes unavoidable. My Asia DMC India will make every possibleattempt to arrange for alternate sightseeing and excursions on such days. However no refund will be provided as such eventsare beyond our control.

We will require the following information to book the package for you.

  1. Name of each Pax (Kindly share the name as it appears on your passport)
  2. Date of Birth for each Pax.
  3. Meal Preference (VEG – NON VEG – JAIN MEAL)
  4. Complete address with pin code
  5. Alternative Contact Number (Emergency Purpose)
  6. Passport Copy
  7. PAN Card Copy

PAYMENT POLICY

  • After confirmation, 30% Payment of the total prices.
  • 50% of the payment needs to be settled 30 days before arrival.
  • 100% of the deposit needs to be settled 15 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

My Asia DMC always makes every effort to minimize the charges that are generated by the cancellation of our services, but we must adhere to the cancellation policy of each of the providers.
